However, at the zoo this weekend - it had to be around 7 or 8. A couple of them appeared to be on lower end models like the XT or XTi and a few that were attached to Canon's high end stuff. Still find it funny that so many SLRs are in people's hands. Not to be a photo snob or elitist, but I'd be willing to bet the majority of those people are using the green box setting. Seems like such a waste. If you're running on autopilot, a smaller camera will do just as good as the XT/XTi with kit lens. At the parks, I don’t think I’ve ever seen an “L” lens.
