Lately I find myself really enjoying bananas. I always have, but for some reason they’ve been tasting really good to me recently.

Gonch Fun Fact – I like over-ripe bananas.

To me a banana isn’t ready to eat until it’s totally freckled with brown spots. What most people seem consider a ‘ripe’ banana still tastes way too ‘green’ to me.
