Seriously, this article is ridiculous and it reads like a list of reasons you shouldn’t stay at “off-brand” hotels and resorts and why you shouldn’t stay at the el-cheapo places.

The comments to the article are almost as bad. Then again, if you’re reading “Budget Travel” you’ve probably stayed at a place that operates like the one in the article.
