I don’t mind Waste Management in general. Their service is solid and they’ve been pretty helpful a few times.

What kills me is the way their charges go up on literally every quarterly bill we get. As of the bill I just received, we’re up $7.24 over last year’s bill. Every one between then and this one is a dollar or a few cents or a buck-something higher than the previous. It’s almost like since you get billed every three months that they expect people to not remember what the last bill was.
