I love that cutting back on vacation gets equated with ‘financial hardship’ in this one. Puh-leeze!
Sometimes I wonder if it’s not prices and costs that are out of control, but rather our expectations and sense of entitlement. Do we really live in a society where it’s a serious problem that you might have to cut back on your vacation plans?
I want to punch the average American (and the authors of this article) in their ugly faces. Things have been too easy for too long for some people.
