Just for the record, as of 12:15 this morning, Time Warner customers in the Dayton area have no station carrying NBC programming available to them through their cable service. Even worse, there’s some rule in place that doesn’t allow them to pick up another affiliate. There’s just no NBC.

I can’t believe TW didn’t cave. If you ask me, they’re the ones with everything to lose. I find it simply unbelieveable that a cable provider is operating without delivering the basic networks.
