It’s that football time of year. Today was the boys’ Premiere Game – the equivalent of a preseason game. They won 20-6 and even then I’d argue that the six only came because we had three boys out so most of the team played the entire game both ways with the midday sun beating down on them and the temperature sitting at 89. They gave up the TD near the end when the boys were simply spent.

Offense looks to need a little more work. Defense looks like it could be brutally good as they continue to work.

I like our chances. (I say that every year)

Plus, this year I’m the voice of the team. I recorded the intro for them. So now my lovely golden tones introduce the team and the cheerleaders each week.
