Travel Updates

First off, the Maverick thing has dicked with our perfectly laid plans pretty well. Not to sound like too much of a dick, but at this point our park travels hinge not only on what we want to do, but also what makes sense for coasterimage – and one of the most anticipated coasters of 2007 on its opening day is something I want in on. So we killed plans for CP this weekend. I’ll play it by ear as more on the Maverick situation pops up and hope it all falls into a good place. If not, we’ll still be doing BooBuzz, so no harm, no foul – but in terms of benefit to the website – sooner is better.

As far as the June trip to Missouri, our connections came through. (reference) Got a room in Branson on the cheap and while we didn’t get a room at the Holiday Inn that connects to SFStL, we did get one nearby which is better than the 20 or 30 mile drive we were looking at on our own. So that’s cool.

As it now stands, we’re going to take it easy this weekend and probably head over to the Indy Zoo.
