We bought all the necessary tools to do some work around the yard this weekend. I’m a lawn mowing machine. I’m less of a raking machine. We still need some shit, but for the most part I can keep a yard that looks like somebody actually lives in the house. The last people did the bare minimum of upkeep. It’ll take some work to turn it all around. I’d love to do some serious re-landscaping. We’ll see – both in terms of money and effort involved.

We also put together the new patio furniture we bought a couple of months back and got it out on the deck. That was a pain in the ass.

My hands are sore and dirty as I type this. I’m a pussy. My feet however are still rugged and I can walk on practically anything barefoot without flinching. I’m a man again.

…and I grilled steaks. I am man. Grrrrr!
